Customer travel and hotel details
Hotel information
All customers will receive an email from SpartanNash containing hotel confirmations, if applicable, closer to the event. Please review your check-in dates, times and room details according to your registration requests.
Airline information
All customers flying into Grand Rapids, Mich. should receive a request to confirm their travel accommodations following the submission of their attendee registration. If you did not confirm your airline travel information, please email [email protected].
Transportation to/from your hotel
Upon arrival in Grand Rapids, head to the baggage claim area. Once you collect your baggage from the baggage claim, please proceed to the Information/Guest Services desk to check in for the shuttle to your hotel. Staff from Destination Consultants will direct you to the shuttle – located by Door 3 – that will bring you to your hotel. Shuttles will depart every 30 minutes, on average.
If you require transportation outside of the shuttle times below outlined in the Know Before You Go guide, please plan to Uber to your hotel. Upon arriving at your assigned hotel, please proceed to the hotel check-in desk.
For departures from the hotel back to the Grand Rapids airport, the shuttle will pick you up from the same drop-off/pick-up location, with departures every 30 minutes, on average. Please plan to look for your shuttle at least two hours prior before your flight to allow for time to get through check-in and security at the airport.
Please note that due to construction, all Amway Grand Plaza Hotel arrivals and departures will be routed through the JW Marriott bus loop (located near the Amway valet loop/check-in area).
Supplier travel and hotel details
All suppliers are responsible for booking their own travel and hotel accommodations. A limited room block will be established for SpartanNash suppliers. More information will be available to you once you complete your attendee registration.
